President's Letter

December 21, 2007

Dear Shareholders,

Thank you for your interest in Big Apple Worldwide, Inc. (BPWI). We are very proud of the growth and development of our Company and, due to the hard work of our employees, we expect major progress in 2008 as we continue to reach the goals set forth in our business plan.

Big Apple Worldwide, Inc. is a holding company that is currently operating three subsidiaries; Big Apple Wallcovering, Inc., Elabrient Surfaces and Big Apple Travel, Inc. All of the companies specialize in the growing hospitality and travel industries, and share the common thread of utilizing technology to differentiate ourselves from competition. Our expectations are that this utilization of technology will enable us to attain long-term growth and profitability.

Vice President and COO, Bill Byron, and I have many years of experience in the wallcovering industry. It was our initial vision to create a new, innovative and technologically advanced commercial Wallcovering Company, and we have created our dream operation. During this startup period, we have invested more than $100,000 to develop software to save millions in costs on old-fashioned and outdated sample books. We have trademarked our motto, “NO MORE BOOKS,”™ and its accompanying logo. We are revolutionizing our industry with this twenty-first century technology.

Currently, we are supplying wallcovering to well known hospitality groups such as Helmsley Hotels, Trump, Marriott and others. Recently, we introduced our “No More Books” kiosks into major retail chains in the home improvement and décor industry and, subsequently, due to the success of the technology, we have started implementing our kiosks into even more of their stores. We expect that our kiosk program will allow us to take a pre-eminent position in the retail wallcovering market in the future. Big Apple Wallcovering is currently in negotiations with many more major chain stores, both within and outside of the wallcovering industry.

Elabrient Surfaces continues to concentrate on the custom commercial wallcovering market. In that regard, Elabrient has developed a new mapping program, Touchpoint Imagery®, which enables customers to see their potential wallcovering digitally in their own spaces. This technology was introduced in May, 2007 at the Hospitality Design Expo 2007 and was successfully received by designers and architects.

In 2007, Big Apple Travel became more involved in the community by promoting fundraisers and contributing to various charities. These promotions have increased our exposure to the public, thus resulting in an increase in our client base. Recently, Big Apple Travel has been named the exclusive international travel agency of the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Central and Northern Florida.

Everyone at Big Apple Worldwide is dedicated to maintaining the trust of our current clients and looks forward to extending our impeccable service to many more in the future. We are extremely excited to take the Company to new horizons in the next year.

Regards,

Neal Jablon
